You’re experience with me may be a little different than how it would be with other photographers… I’m not going to position you in front of a pretty backdrop, tell you exactly how to pose, and say “cheese!” Instead, I’m going to give you the space you need to be yourselves. I’ll be directing you and giving you prompts the entire time, all while allowing you to be you. Yes, it may be awkward at first! But those smiles that come afterwards are those golden moments I strive for.

I want all of us to be so excited for your shoot, not dreading it. Take a moment to read through how I do things to see if we’d be a good fit!

  • My style is focused on the real & raw, those natural, messy moments like the belly aching laughs, hair blowing in the wind, and dirt on the dress. I’m not here for positioning you in multiple spots and telling you to smile at the camera. I’m here for capturing the way you & your partner love one another and everything in between. This is YOUR story, I’m here to tell it.

  • It is SO important to me that we get along. From the first inquiry I consider you a friend, not a client. I’m about to photograph you and your love in some of the most important and intimate moments of your lives. Trust is key here, as you don’t want just any stranger at your wedding or all up in your space snapping away. Almost every couple I’ve photographed have told me at the start of their session ‘I’m so awkward in front of the camera and I never get my photo taken’. It honestly excites me because they don’t realize how much fun they are about to have frolicking in the field, getting closer to their partner and just forgetting that I’m even there to capture these moments! My goal is for you to leave your session with a smile on your face, feeling so loved and seen, and some beautiful, timeless photos to hang in your home.

  • When you think about getting a photographer for your wedding, or even a couples/family session, I want my photography to be more than just something that gets checked off your list. After all, your photos are the only thing left once your wedding is over. The photographs that I’ve created for you will become your memories. And they should be just that - memories to make you laugh, smile, cry, and feel everything you felt in the moment the picture was taken.

  • From inquiry to delivery day, I’ll be there every step of the way. I don’t believe in just telling you how I’ll assist you on your big day, I like to show you. After you’ve decided that I’m the one for you, I’ll only be a phone call or text away when you need something.

    I want you to be as stress-free as possible on your wedding day and especially the days leading up to it. Need help with permits? Your timeline? Outfits and locations? Together lets plan your perfect day out, pick your outfits, create your timeline that leaves room for you and your love to have some space for yourselves, and to just have fun!

  • If you couldn’t tell I want us to be a good fit if I’m going to be your photographer! Whether it’s the vibes or the investment, both need to line up.     You’ve picked me to photograph you! I am so excited, but first I’ll send you a contract and invoice all in one. Once you sign and pay the 25% deposit, you’re all booked and we can let the magic begin! You’ll get a ton of resources from me, plus we’ll start texting and preparing for our session!
